Died on July 1, 2004.

Sgt. Gregory L. Wahl, 30, of Salisbury, North Carolina. Wahl died in Balad, Iraq, when his military vehicle left the road
and flipped over in a canal. He was assigned to the 4th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Infantry Division, Vilseck, Germany. Died
on May 3, 2004.

Sgt. Antwan L. Walker, 22, of Tampa, Florida. Walker died in Ar Ramadi, Iraq, when his camp was attacked by enemy
forces using indirect fire. He was assigned to the 2nd Forward Support Battalion, 2nd Infantry Division, Fort Carson,
Colorado. Died on May 18, 2005.

Staff Sgt. Jeffery C. Walker, 33, of Havre de Grace, Maryland. Walker was onboard a UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter
when it crashed near Fallujah, Iraq while on a MEDEVAC mission. He was assigned to Company C, 782nd Main Support
Battalion, 82nd Airborne Division, Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Died on January 8, 2004.

Sgt. Donald R. Walters, 33, of Kansas City, Missouri. Killed in action after his convoy was ambushed in Iraq on March
23, 2003. He was assigned to the 507th Maintenance Company, Fort Bliss, Texas.

Cpl. Gary W. Walters, Jr., 31, of Victoria, Texas. Walters died in Baghdad, Iraq, when an improvised explosive device
detonated near his HMMWV. He was assigned to the 1st Battalion, 9th Field Artillery Regiment, 3rd Infantry Division,
Fort Stewart, Georgia. Died on April 24, 2005.

Pfc. Andrew M. Ward, 25, of Kirkland, Washington. Ward died in Ar Ramadi, Iraq, when his unit was attacked by

Korea. Died on December 5, 2004.

Pvt. Jason M. Ward, 25, of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Ward died of non-combat related injuries in Baghdad, Iraq. He was

Sgt. 1st Class Mark C. Warren, 44, of LaGrande, Oregon. Warren died at Kirkuk Air Base, Iraq from non-combat

(Forward), LaGrande, Oregon. Died on January 31, 2005.

Sgt. Bennie J. Washington, 25, of Atlanta, Georgia. Washington died in Brooke Army Medical Center, San Antonio,
Texas, of injuries sustained October 14, 2004 in Ar Ramadi, Iraq, when his military vehicle was struck by a
rocket-propelled grenade. He was assigned to the 44th Engineer Battalion, 2nd Infantry Division, Camp Howze, Korea.
Died on January 4, 2005.

Pvt. 2nd Class David L. Waters, 19, of Auburn, California. Waters died in Baghdad, Iraq, when an improvised
explosive device detonated near his convoy vehicle. He was assigned to 2nd Battalion, 14th Infantry Regiment, 10th
Mountain Division (Light Infantry), Fort Drum, New York. Died on October 14, 2004.

Spc. Glenn J. Watkins, 42, of Carlsbad, California. Watkins died in Baghdad, Iraq, when a vehicle-born improvised
explosive device detonated near his military vehicle. He was assigned to the Army National Guard's 1st Battalion, 161st
Infantry, Kent, Washington. Died on April 5, 2005.

CWO Aaron A. Weaver, 32, of Florida. Weaver was onboard a UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter when it crashed near
Fallujah, Iraq while on a MEDEVAC mission. He was assigned to C Troop, 1st Squadron, 17th Cavalry Regiment, 82nd
Airborne Division, Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Died on January 8, 2004.

Sgt. Charles J. Webb, 22, of Hamilton, Ohio. Webb died in the 31st Combat Support Hospital in Baghdad, Iraq, from
wounds sustained earlier that day when an improvised explosive device detonated in Baghdad, Iraq. He was assigned to
the 82nd Engineer Battalion, 1st Infantry Division (Mechanized), Bamberg, Germany. Died on November 3, 2004.

Spc. Michael S. Weger, 30, of Houston, Texas. Weger died when an improvised explosive device detonated near his
patrol vehicle. He was assigned to 20th Engineer Battalion, 1st Cavalry Division, Fort Hood, Texas. Died on October 12,
2004.

Staff Sgt. David J. Weisenburg, 26, of Portland, Oregon. Weisenburg died in Taji, Iraq, when his military vehicle came
under attack by enemy forces using small arms fire and an improvised explosive device. He was assigned to the Army
National Guard's 2nd Battalion, 162nd Infantry, Corvallis, Oregan. Died on September 13, 2004.

Spc. Douglas J. Weismantle, 28, of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Weismantle was driving a HMMWV when an Iraqi dump
truck swerved and rolled over on top of his vehicle. Weismantle died as a result of his injuries. He was assigned to
Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 1st Battalion, 325th Airborne Infantry Regiment, 82nd Airborne, Fort Bragg,
North Carolina. Died on October 13, 2003.

Pfc. Michael Russell Creighton Weldon, 20, of Palm Bay, Florida. Killed when a taxi carrying a car bomb drove up to
an Army checkpoint in central Iraq. He was assigned to the 2-7th Infantry, 3rd Infantry Division, Fort Stewart, Georgia.
Died on March 29, 2003.

CW2 Stephen M. Wells, 29, of Massachusetts. Wells died in Habbinayah, Iraq, when the OH-58 helicopter in which he
was flying crashed. He was assigned to the 4th Squadron, Outlaw Troop, 3rd Armored Cavalry Regiment, Fort Carson,
Colorado. Died on February 25, 2004.

Sgt. Brad A. Wentz, 21, of Gladwin, Michigan. Wentz died on a main supply route in Iraq when his convoy came under
attack by enemy forces. He was assigned to the Army Reserve's 180th Transportation Company, Muskegon, Michigan.
Died on May 20, 2005.

Spc. Cody L. Wentz, 21, of Williston, North Dakota. Wentz died in Iraq when an improvised explosive device detonated
near his military vehicle while on patrol. He was assigned to 141st Engineer Battalion, Army National Guard, Williston,
North Dakota. Died on November 4, 2004.

Spc. Jeffrey M. Wershow, 22, of Gainesville, Florida. Wershow was conducting military operations when he was shot
and killed in Baghdad, Iraq. Wershow was assigned to the 2-124th Infantry, 1st Armored Division, Orlando, Florida. Died
on July 6, 2003.

Spc. Christopher J. Rivera Wesley, 26, of Portland, Oregon. Wesley was in a Stryker vehicle when it flipped into a
canal in Ad Duluiyah, Iraq. He was assigned to the 1st Battalion, 23rd Infantry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 2nd
Infantry Division, Fort Lewis, Washington. Died on December 8, 2003.

Pfc. Kevin S. K. Wessel, 20, of Newport, Oregon. Wessel died in Baghdad, Iraq, when a vehicle-borne improvised
explosive device detonated near his dismounted patrol. He was assigned to the 3rd Battalion, 7th Infantry Regiment, 3rd
Infantry Division, Fort Stewart, Georgia. Died on April 19, 2005.

Sgt. James G. West, 34, of Watertown, New York. West died near Al Hillah, Iraq, when the vehicle he was riding in was
involved in a head-on collision with another vehicle. He was assigned to the 1st Battalion, 94th Field Artillery Brigade,
Baumholder, Germany. Died on July 11, 2004.

Spc. Donald L. Wheeler, 22, of Concord, Michigan. Wheeler was searching for a possible improvised explosive device
in Tikrit, Iraq when his unit came under attack from a rocket propelled grenade. He died as a result of his injuries.
Wheeler was assigned to C Company, 1st Battalion, 22nd Infantry Regiment, 4th Infantry Division, Fort Hood, Texas.
Died on October 13, 2003.

Sgt. Mason Douglas Whetstone, 30, of Utah. Whetstone died as a result of non-combat injuries in Baghdad, Iraq.
Whetstone was assigned to the 3d Battalion, 58th Aviation (Forward), Hanau, Germany. Died on July 17, 2003.

Pfc. Marquis A. Whitaker, 20, of Columbus, Georgia. Whitaker died in Scania, Iraq, after falling from a bridge. His
vehicle was hit from behind by a civilian truck and left hanging off the side of the bridge. Whitaker attempted to climb out
of the vehicle but fell. He was assigned to the 2nd Armored Cavalry Regiment, Fort Polk, Louisiana. Died on April 27,
2004.

Spc. Raymond L. White, 22, of Elwood, Indiana. White died in Baghdad, Iraq, when his patrol encountered enemy
forces using small arms fire. He was assigned to 1st Battalion, 8th Cavalry Regiment (Armor), 1st Cavalry Division, Fort
Hood, Texas. Died on November 12, 2004.

Sgt. Steven W. White, 29, of Fruitvale, Texas. White died of injuries sustained when his M113 armored personnel
carrier hit an antitank mine in Tikrit, Iraq. White was assigned to Headquarters and Headquarters Battery, 4th Battalion,
42nd Field Artillery Regiment, Fort Hood, Texas. Died on August 13, 2003.

Pfc. Joey D. Whitener, 19, of Old Fort, North Carolina. Whitener died when two 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault)
UH-60 Black Hawk helicopters crashed in Mosul, Iraq. He was assigned to the 1st Battalion, 320th Field Artillery, 101st
Airborne Division (Air Assault), Fort Campbell, Kentucky. Died on November 15, 2003.

Spc. Chase R. Whitham, 21, of Oregon. Whitham died in Mosul, Iraq, when an electrical current charged the water of
the swimming pool he was in. He was assigned to 2nd Battalion, 3rd Infantry Regiment, 3rd Brigade, 2nd Infantry
Division, Fort Lewis, Washington. Died on May 8, 2004.

Spc. Michael J. Wiesemann, 20, of North Judson, Indiana. Wiesemann died at Forward Operating Base Q-West
(Quyarrah Air Base, Iraq) of non-combat related injuries. He was assigned to 1st Squadron, 14th Cavalry Regiment, 3rd
Brigade, 2nd Infantry Division, Fort Lewis, Washington. Died on May 29, 2004.

Sgt. Charles T. Wilkerson, 30, of Kansas City, Missouri. Wilkerson died in Baghdad, Iraq, when an unknown ordnance

improvised explosive device along MSR Jackson, near Baghdad, Iraq. Williams was assigned to the 105th Military Police
Company, Army National Guard, based in New York. Died on October 17, 2003.

Sgt. Taft V. Williams, 29, of New Orleans, Louisiana. Williams was in a convoy near Ar Ramadi, Iraq when his vehicle hit
an improvised explosive device. Williams died of his injuries. Williams was assigned to the 3rd Armored Cavalry
Regiment, Fort Carson, Colorado. Died on August 12, 2003.

Sgt. 1st Class Christopher R. Willoughby, 29, of Phenix City, Alabama. Willoughby was riding in a vehicle that rolled
over in Baghdad, Iraq. He was assigned to Hotel Company, 121st Infantry (Airborne) (Long Range Surveillance), Fort
Gillem, Georgia. Died on July 20, 2003.

Spc. Dana N. Wilson, 26, of Fountain, Colorado. Wilson died near Al Hillah, Iraq, when the vehicle he was riding in was
involved in a head-on collision with another vehicle. He was assigned to the 1st Battalion, 94th Field Artillery Brigade,
Baumholder, Germany. Died on July 11, 2004.

Command Sgt. Maj. Jerry L. Wilson, 45, of Thomson, Georgia. Wilson died in Mosul, Iraq when hostile forces
attacked the vehicle he was in. He was assigned to the 502nd Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade 101st Airborne Division
(Air Assault), Fort Campbell, Kentucky. Died on November 23, 2003.

Staff Sgt. Joe N. Wilson, 30, of Mississippi. Wilson was on board a CH-47 Chinook Helicopter when it went down in Al
Fallujah, Iraq. The cause of the incident is unknown and an investigation is underway. He was assigned to 2nd Battalion,
5th Field Artillery Regiment, Fort Sill, Oklahoma. Died on November 2, 2003.

Spc. Nicholas E. Wilson, 21, of Glendale, Arizona.Wilson died in Ar Ramadi, Iraq, while conducting a roving patrol his
military vehicle rolled into a water-filled ditch after the shoulder of the road he was on collapsed. He was assigned to 1st
Battalion, 9th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division, Camp Casey, Korea. Died on March
11, 2005.

Spc. Trevor A. Win'E, 22, of Orange, California. Win'E died in Tikrit, Iraq, from injuries sustained on April 30, 2004
when his convoy vehicle hit an improvised explosive device. He was assigned to 24th Quartermaster Company, Fort
Lewis, Washington. Died on May 1, 2004.

Staff Sgt. Clinton L. Wisdom, 39, of Atchison, Kansas. Wisdom died in Baghdad, Iraq when a vehicle-borne
improvised explosive device detonated near his convoy. He was assigned to the 2nd Battalion, 130th Field Artillery,
Kansas National Guard, Horton, Kansas. Died on November 8, 2004.

Spc. Robert A. Wise, 21, of Tallahassee, Florida. Wise was on a mounted patrol in Baghdad, Iraq when an improvised
explosive device exploded. He was assigned to 3rd Battalion, 124th Infantry Regiment, 53rd Infantry Brigade, Florida
National Guard, Tallahassee, Florida. Died on November 12, 2003.

Spc. Michelle M. Witmer, 20, of New Berlin, Wisconsin. Witmer died in Baghdad, Iraq, when she became involved in
an improvised explosive device and small arms attack. She was assigned to the Army National Guard's 32nd Military
Police Company, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Died on April 9, 2004.

Pfc. Owen D. Witt, 20, of Sand Springs, Montana. Witt died in Ad Dawr, Iraq, when his HMMWV rolled over. He was

Sgt. Elijah Tai Wah Wong, 42, of Mesa, Arizona. Wong died in Sinjar, Iraq, when a collection of unexploded ordnance,
rocket-propelled grenades and mortar rounds detonated while being moved to a demolition point. He was assigned to
the 363rd Explosive Ordnance Company, Army National Guard, Casa Grande, Arizona. Died on February 9, 2004.

Sgt. Brian M. Wood, 21, of Torrance, California. Wood died in Tikrit, Iraq, when his military vehicle pulled off the road
while on patrol and apparently hit a mine. He was assigned to 9th Engineer Battalion, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 1st
Infantry Division, Schweinfurt, Germany. Died on April 16, 2004.

Capt. George A. Wood, 33, of Marcy, New York. Wood was on patrol when his tank rolled over an improvised explosive
device in Baqubah, Iraq. He was assigned to B Company, 1st Battalion, 67th Armor Regiment, 2nd Brigade, 4th Infantry
Division (Mech), Fort Hood, Texas. Died on November 20, 2003.

Spc. Michael R. Woodliff, 22, of Port Charlotte, Florida. Woodliff died in Baghdad, Iraq, when an improvised explosive
device struck his convoy. He was assigned to the Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 1st Battalion, 37th Armor
Regiment, 1st Armor Division, Friedberg, Germany. Died on March 2, 2004.
