Staff Sgt. Thor H. Ingraham, 24, of Murrysville, Pennsylvania. Ingraham died in Khalidiyah, Iraq, while conducting
combat operations and an improvised explosive device detonated near his HMMWV. He was assigned to the 1st
Battalion, 506th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division, Camp Greaves, Korea. Died on
May 8, 2005.

Staff Sgt. Henry E. Irizarry, 38, of Bronx, New York. Irizarry died in Taji, Iraq, when his unit was on patrol and an
improvised explosive device detonated near his HMMWV. He was assigned to the 1st Battalion, 69th Infantry Regiment,
New York, New York. Died on December 3, 2004.

Sgt. Benjamin W. Isenberg, 27, of Sheridan, Oregon. Isenberg died in Taji, Iraq, when his military vehicle came under
attack by enemy forces using small arms fire and an improvised explosive device. He was assigned to the Army National
Guard's 2nd Battalion, 162nd Infantry, Corvallis, Oregan. Died on September 13, 2004.

Spc. Craig S. Ivory, 26, of Port Matilda, Pennsylvania. Ivory died of a non-combat related cause in Homberg University
Hospital, Germany, after he was medically evacuated from Kuwait on August 12. Ivory was assigned to the 501st
Forward Support Company, 173rd Airborne Brigade, Southern European Task Force, Vicenza, Italy. Died on August 17,
2003.

1st Lt. Edward D. Iwan, 28, of Albion, Nebraska. Iwan died in Fallujah, Iraq, when a rocket-propelled grenade struck his
Bradley Fighting Vehicle. He was assigned to 2nd Battalion, 2nd Infantry Regiment, 1st Infantry Division, Vilseck,
Germany. Died on November 12, 2004.
